Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is outlined below.

Standard Returns (UK & International)

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be:
    • In the same condition you received them
    • Unused and in their original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To request a return, please contact us at andy@warhost.online before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll work with you quickly to resolve the issue, either by replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital items (including downloads)
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

If your item was damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at andy@warhost.online.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same unused condition and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.
  • For items worth over £50, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
