Earth Mage and Ironclad Mageguard

Dwarf Mages are highly skilled practitioners of Earth Magic, drawing their power from stone and metal and binding it into the practical traditions of Dwarven craft. Unlike the Mages of other races, they approach magic as something to be understood, controlled and put to useful purpose.

That caution is reflected in the Ironclad Mageguard that accompany them into battle. Most Dwarven warriors remain deeply suspicious of magic, so Mages build or commission these enchanted automata to serve as their protectors. Formed from stone, metal and enchantment, they are an uneasy fusion of Dwarven ingenuity and arcane power.

Under the guidance of their Mage, the Ironclad move with precise purpose, striking with considerable force and placing themselves between their master and any threat. Together, Mage and Mageguard represent the Dwarven approach to magic at its clearest: powerful, carefully controlled and always made to serve a practical end.

This set contains six 28mm metal miniatures and 25mm round bases. Miniatures are supplied unpainted and may need assembly. All weapons and a random selection of shields are included.
